Complete daily rounds of external grounds to collect garbage in receptacles and on company property in the parking lot, tree lawns and surrounding areas. Responsible for completing all tasks assigned in the specified allotted time and for ensuring a high level of quality in all tasks performed. Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs and office space. Clean, dust, and wipe furniture. Empty/clean wastebaskets and trash containers; empty and clean ash trays and cigarette urns. Handle recycling materials. Sweeps, mops, scrubs and sanitizes bathrooms. Refill restroom dispensers. Operate a power vacuum.
