Description THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT BASED ON CONTRACT AWARD. Compass Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations SME / Analyst to support Naval Special Warfare (NSW) unmanned systems (UxS) safety programs. This role supports UAS mishap investigations, safety reporting, and risk management initiatives in alignment with NAVSPECWARCOM requirements. The Analyst will conduct risk assessments, support safety investigations, and provide recommendations to improve operational safety and effectiveness. This position works closely with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with aviation safety standards and operational risk management (ORM) processes.
