Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. - Transfer warps or loom beams to or from machine, using warp pan truck. - Position section beams onto creel using hoist. To expediate the process, use the aid of a trained coworker when available. - Conduct visual inspection of the process. - Assist slasher operator to pass warp threads through rollers, size pot, and drying roller and to insert lease rods. - Loosen and remove clamps from end of loom beam, using wrench. - Lift loom beams from slasher onto warp pan truck, using hoist. - Weigh, mix, and cook size in vats according to formula. - Turn valves to control flow of size from vat to size box on slasher machine. - Complete hoist checklist to ensure proper function and safety requirements are met. - Perform housekeeping duties in assigned areas. - Troubleshoot cause of problem and work jointly with the operator to get the slasher back in operation.
