Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members as a coach and mentor to support the development of a high-performing team. Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures. Be able to close and open the restaurant. QUALIFICATIONS : Demonstrated passion and leadership. Strong communication and organization skills. Lead by example and be able to direct and mentor large groups or individuals. A genuine smiling personality. 1-2 years of restaurant experience is preferred. We are looking for warriors who do not get stressed out easily. You must be a proficient LEADER who knows how to direct and delegate.
