2026 Summer Internship, FP&A – Data Science Denver, CO Founded in 2008, YES Communities is a privately held Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) specializing in manufactured housing. We are seeking a driven and intellectually curious intern with a passion for solving economic and housing-related problems to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team for Summer 2026. As a Data Science intern, you will play a key role in supporting critical finance initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Over the course of the internship, you will collaborate with our team to gain exposure to real-world data science projects, experience with programming tools and statistical techniques, and learn about the practical applications of data science.
