Description Tillman FiberCo is building a 100% fiber network to support the next generation of broadband services. Tillman FiberCo is a portfolio company of Tillman Global Holdings, a holding company focused on building premier digital infrastructure businesses globally. We are now recruiting for OSP Compliance Inspectors to cover Ft Lauderdale. Responsibilities: - Responsible for reviewing and evaluating Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) construction projects, including: using the plan design against new build, span and drop replacements (if needed), risers, aerial installations, bonding and grounding of the strand (messenger), proper installation of any fiber-optic cable, splice cases and cabinets, splitters and XWDM (Wavelength Division Multiplexing), underground installations (bores, vaults, and trenches) and MDU lockbox replacements. - Perform quality checks on work completed. - Perform quality checks on ongoing projects. Answer questions the contractors may have regarding design prints. Ensure OSHA standards are followed in the field (PPE).
