About the Role: We are looking for a full-time Adolescent Mental Health Support Guide to provide in-person and remote support to our patients and their families. Our patients are teens and young adults living with serious mental illness who could use mentorship and companionship as they receive treatment from an integrated team of clinicians. This role will primarily provide coverage for other Mental Health Guides as needed. You will be the front-line relationship with the patient and connect them with the clinical team when appropriate. You will be providing support both in person (traveling to the patient’s home or community to provide direct support) and through app-based messaging or virtual visits .
