Assistant Facility Security Officer

Overview Na Aliʻi is looking for an Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) to support the administration and execution of the Nakupuna Companies’ Industrial Security Program in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), 32 CFR Part 117, and applicable DoD and DCSA guidance. This role reports to the Facility Security Officer (FSO) in providing operational support across multiple cleared companies under the Nakupuna enterprise and assists in ensuring compliance with personnel, facility, information, and operational security requirements. The AFSO serves as a key member of the Security Team and works collaboratively with Personnel Security, Line of Business Contract Leads, and company leadership to maintain inspection readiness and deliver responsive security support across multiple lines of business. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong organizational and analytical skills, and is capable of managing competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and regulatory compliance.
