JOB DESCRIPTION: Minimum Qualifications Lived experience with mental illness, substance use, or homelessness and/or experience gained through family member’s mental health/substance use. Experience navigating the healthcare systems and other community support resources. Must have a FL driver’s license. Preferred Qualification: Knowledge of community resources or ability to learn quickly. Experience working with individuals with mental health or substance use concerns. Enthusiastic about influencing positive change in our clients’ lives. Special Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Competency with electronic medical records, computer systems, and documentation.
