Student Success Team - ATSISU This position is open to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates only, as a genuine occupational requirement as this role leads teams working directly with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, so it must be held by an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person to support self-determination and Indigenous-led service delivery. Full-time, Permanent with a Base salary will be in the range $117,958 - $132,247 + 17% super (HEW Level 8) Based at our Vibrant St Lucia Campus. About This Opportunity: The Operations and Student Success Manager plays a critical leadership role within the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies Unit (ATSISU), providing high‑level operational and strategic support to the Director. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of ATSISU while contributing to the development and delivery of strategic initiatives that support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander student success, engagement, and retention.
