Job Description Summary Within the Avio Aero’s Supply Chain team and directly reporting to the Sub Commodity Leader, you will play support the development and introduction of new products within MRO (Maintenance Repair & Overhaul) Business. This position is reporting to the Sub Commodity Leader and is responsible for sourcing, procurement, and supplier management activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and components required for new product development. The NPI Buyer will collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to align procurement strategies with program goals, ensuring compliance with GE Aerospace’s SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) priorities. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: Understand the Service MRO Commodity needs based on the Service Strategy and define SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) matrix in collaboration with Strategic Sourcing team Source and procure materials, components, and services required for new product development.
