Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Provide strategic leadership for the Valley Foundry, establishing it as the enterprise's single front door for emerging technology incubation and defining the operating model, governance, and success framework. - Architect a high‑performance builder ecosystem with secure, scalable environments that accelerate experimentation, rapid iteration, and demonstration of high‑impact solutions. - Oversee end‑to‑end advancement of initiatives, ensuring seamless progression from experimentation to enterprise deployment while upholding architectural integrity, security, and regulatory standards. - Influence and align senior business leaders, CIOs, SMEs, and key ecosystem partners to prioritize transformational opportunities and drive co‑development under disciplined controls. - Safeguard enterprise posture by embedding architecture, data, cyber, and risk rigor early in the lifecycle, while championing a strategic build‑vs‑buy approach that accelerates differentiation. - Define and manage a comprehensive performance framework for the Foundry, communicating impact, value realization, and strategic outcomes to executive leadership and positioning...
