As a Communications Manager you will have the opportunity to deliver high quality communication services to the AWS Professional Services Team. You will enhance our existing communication channels and discover new AI innovations that enable us to make real-time updates, provide topical messages, and link our employees (past, present, and future) to the information they need and want to know. Key job responsibilities: - You will manage the content strategy for AWS Professional Services, partnering with cross- functional teams to drive key themes, messages, and channels; - Proactively build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders across a range of businesses and geographies; - Translate nuanced and complex business topics into communications content and strategies that drives engagement with our AWS employees; - Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communications through AI, digital analytics, surveys, and other key performance indicators; - Partner with other communications peers from across AWS on unified messaging and initiatives that include multiple organizations.
