Description: ATCO Frontec is seeking a 1st Cook/Baker to join our Camp Services team. The 1st Cook/Baker is responsible for ensuring that meals are prepared and served to the highest standard possible. This role will work 10 days as a Baker and 10 days as a Breakfast Cook. Responsibilities: Assist the Chef in managing food services in strict compliance with ATCO Frontec Food Service Management Guides Assists the Chef in the preparation of all foods to be served at the designated time Prepare baked goods for the menu and catered events Assist the Chef in the inventory control to assure proper minimum stock Order supplies in accordance with the population of the lodge Ensure that the meals are prepared and severed to the highest standard Conduct safety toolboxes as required to department Assign duties,...
