Overview POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Operations is responsible for the effective management and leadership of the assigned distribution and warehouse operations, ensuring quality and customer excellence in a 3PL environment. The Director of Operations will take the lead in planning and execution of all distribution activities and direct the management team responsible for the different areas of the operations. The Director of Operations develops and manages a defined business plan that ensures the achievement of company objectives, as they relate to service level agreements (SLAs) and operational performance, within budget and according to policies, procedures and legal compliance requirements. The Director of Operations is also responsible for developing and managing relationships with internal and external customers and collaborating with logistics teams in formulating distribution strategy in current, and future demand situations.
