Job Description: We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who takes real ownership, loves building long-term relationships, and wants to be part of the reason our zero-churn record stays intact. In this role, you will be the key driver of customer happiness, from the moment a new retailer signs all the way through their long-term growth with claim.me.
