This includes troubleshooting, repair planning, preventive and predictive maintenance, and reliability improvement for mechanical systems, while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and mechanical integrity requirements DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: May include, but are not limited to, the following: - Define preventive maintenance (PM) work order scope, classification, and frequency for mechanical equipment selected for periodic or systematic maintenance. - Lead or support troubleshooting for high vibration, abnormal noise, high temperature, seal/packing failures, lubrication issues, and repeated breakdowns on rotating machinery. - Perform or coordinate root cause failure analysis on significant rotating failures and drive corrective actions (design changes, procedure updates, operating practice changes). - Develop and upda...
