Overview AtlantiCare Rehabilitation Hospital: In partnership with Select Medical: Human Resources Manager - HRM Salary Range: $70K-$95K M-F Days: A partnership between Atlanticare and Select Medical, our 60-bed medical rehabilitation hospital will open later this year and serve patients in southeastern New Jersey. Led by a physiatrist – a physician board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation – our team includes rehabilitation nurses; physical, occupational, and speech-language therapists; dietitians; case managers and other clinical and support staff. Together, as part of a national network of over 30 inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, we leverage best practices to help patients recover the strength, skills, and functional ability to return home and rebuild their lives. We are seeking a talented and curious HR professional who values partnership, accountability, and meaningful impact. This is a hands-on, hospital-based HR Manager role for someone who wants to be close to the work- supporting caregivers, leaders, and operations; while partnering closely with our HR Shared Services team.
