Location: Bay Area, California (San Mateo) Work Type: Hybrid (1-2 days per week) Narvar is Hiring! We are looking for a tech-forward VP of Finance to serve as a strategic architect for our financial operations. This is a high-impact role designed for a self-starter who prefers running a lean, elite operation over managing a large team. You will be the right hand to our CFO, taking full ownership of our financial engine and preparing the organization for the next steps in our growth. Core Responsibilities: - Strategic FP&A Ownership: Fully own forecasting, budgeting, and long-range modeling. Your goal is to provide the CFO with "push-button" visibility into the health of our SaaS, and transactional revenue, along with key financial and business metrics. - M&A Strategy & Benchmarking : Drive financial due diligence and valuation for M&A activity. You will build and maintain the benchmarking frameworks we use to evaluate potential targets. - Finance Systems & AI Transformation: This is not a maintenance role — you will be the architect of our next-generation finance stack.
