Project Manager with Data Center Experience

Benefits: Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in data center construction to lead mission-critical projects. This role owns the project from preconstruction through commissioning — managing schedule, budget, subcontractors, owner relationships, and closeout. You will work alongside our in-house superintendents and trade crews and interface directly with owners, engineers, and commissioning teams. This is a high-accountability role for someone who has done it before and knows how to deliver in a demanding environment. Key Responsibilities • Own full project lifecycle from preconstruction through final commissioning and closeout on data center and mission-critical construction projects• Manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls; maintain accurate forecasting and report variances to ownership• Lead weekly OAC meetings, subcontractor coordination meetings, and commissioning planning sessions• Coordinate with MEP engineers, commissioning agents, and equipment vendors on critical systems including power distribution, cooling (CRAC/CRAH), UPS, generators, and structured cabling• Drive the RFI, submittal, and change order pr...
