Job Description Gunderson Dettmer has an opening for a Venture Fund Clerk in our Boston office. Job Requirements: Applicants must possess excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, as well as proficient computer skills. This position also requires good judgment, initiative, flexibility and team work. The Venture Fund Clerk’s responsibilities will include maintaining fund formation checklists, tracking investor responses, filing Certificates of Formation/Limited Partnership for general partner, main fund, side fund(s) and management company, distributing closing documents to limited partners and preparing closing volumes. Educational Requirements: BS/BA degree. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hybrid: Status: Full Time, Non-Exempt. The annualized base salary range for this position is expected to be $65,000.00-$75,000.00.
