Director of Clinical Services Bath Clinic 37.5 Hours & Permanent Salary: Up to £75,000.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification) Bath Clinic is part of Circle Health Group , Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. We have an opportunity for a Director of Clinical Services to join their team of staff in the Senior Management department. This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Duties of this role include: - Lead the clinical governance agenda to ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and professional standards, maintaining a minimum CQC rating of GOOD, while striving for OUTSTANDING. - Provide visible leadership and clinical on-call support, acting as the senior advisor on all clinical matters within the hospital. - Ensure all measures are taken to safeguard the health, safety, and wellbeing of patients, maintaining a high-quality, safe clinical environment. - Oversee investigations of incidents, near misses, complaint...
