Position Summary The LTH Lead is a supplemental role assigned to an existing commission-based or hourly + incentive Personal Training team member at the same Life Time club. This role is not a standalone position and is intended to be performed in addition to a qualifying primary Personal Training role, with limited hours each week. As a LTH Lead at Life Time, you will be responsible for product education, sales and customer service of LTH nutritional products inside of Life Time. This role requires a strong knowledge and passion of both nutrition and fitness, excellent sales skills, and the ability to mentor and guide commissionable team members to achieve sales targets. The LTH Lead reports directly to the Personal Training Lead withing the club and will get support from the Corporate LTH team. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Sales Training & Education: - Conduct engaging training sessions for personal trainers, group fitness instructors, and front desk staff on our nutrition supplement products. - Develop educational materials and presentations to simplify product knowledge and benefits. - Conduct sampling events monthly during prime-time hours.
