What you will be doing: - Greet and communicate cordially with guests, promptly and professionally assisting them at the swimming pool. - Promptly, accurately and efficiently know how and where to post all charges. - Accurately manage credit card information from guests for payment of hotel charges. - Have knowledge of hotel rates, discounts and how to handle each. - Starting at $18.00/hour - Sell food and beverages for guests - Handle all guest requests in the pool area - Work in summer weather outside Qualifications: What we are looking for: - Be guest focused, and a problem solver. - May be required to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays - Someone who enjoys working as and being part of a team that provides great experiences for our guests!
