About Us Founded in 2016, Irwin Brewing Company is an award-winning craft brewery with a 15 BBL brewhouse and 120 BBLs of fermentation capacity. Irwin Brewing Company sells and self-distributes its ales and lagers to both on-premise bars, restaurants, and entertainment venue accounts as well as to off-premise retailer accounts, such as liquor stores, beverage centers, and convenience and grocery stores. Position Summary: Irwin Brewing Company is seeking a business-minded, growth-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in increasing our brand awareness and expanding our market presence. This position will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to promote our products and increase sales revenue, and will lead a team of sales and operations staff to execute self-distribution logistics.
