Department: 11903 Advocate Christ Medical Center - Food and Nutrition Status: Part time Benefits Eligible: No Hou rs Per Week: 0 Schedule Details/Additional Information: This is a Registry/Per Diem position with no guaranteed or regularly assigned hours. Shifts are scheduled on an as-needed basis. Team members in this role are expected to work a minimum of three shifts within a four-week period to maintain active status. This position is not benefits-eligible. When you are assigned hours, expect to start as early as 10am and work as late as 7:30pm, working every other weekend and alternating holidays. Pay Range: $19.80 - $29.70 Major Responsibilities: - Maintains electronic card file for each patient in CBORD ensuring that patients more recent diet orders are active. - Receive communication via printer from Care Connection from hospital staff regarding the patient’s diet order, menu and/or meal service times, take the appropriate action, indicates action in patient’s card file in CBORD, and/or routes the information to the appropriate location and/or person. - Receive telephone messages from department and hospital staff regarding the patient’s diet order, menu and/or meal service...
