Brook Hollow Golf Club is now accepting applications for a Baker. This baker will complement our traditions and ambience of simple elegance. The Baker will prepare food in accordance with club recipes and standards and ensure the highest food quality. These responsibilities include mixing dough, preparing fillings and glazing pastries. To be successful in this role, you should have work experience as a Baker and be able to decorate cakes using creative techniques. Ultimately, you will ensure we offer fresh and delicious goods to our Members and guests, daily. Summary: We are looking for a professional with 2+ years’ experience baking who is organized, professional and has excellent time management to ensure artistic creations are complete and delivered on schedule.
