Job DetailsJob Location: North Stonington CT - North Stonington, CT 06359Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 SalaryPosition Summary: The Drafter requires conformance with all corporate and client confidentiality requirements, strict adherence to business ethics and practices, and a continual demonstration of professionalism throughout the delivery of service Role and Responsibilities: As-built condition scanning Scan to 3D Model conversion using Trimble Scanner and Revit software. Revit Project set up and 3D Model support. QA/QC drawings using Blue Beam. Revit Server, ShareFile, and Procore file management. Drafting and detail services for design group including but not limited to: 2D CAD edits Detail library updates 3D Model edits As-Built drawing edits QualificationsEssential Skills & Characteristics: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Follow plans and instructions from supervisors or more experienced workers. Strict adherence to all safety rules and quality.
