After-School Program Coordinator (Part-Time) Position Title: After-School Program Coordinator: Reports To: Executive Director: Schedule: Approximately 20 hours/week (primarily weekday afternoons); includes 9 hours of weekly programming Mission / Role Summary: The After-School Program Coordinator oversees the daily operations of That Neighborhood Church’s After-School Program. This role creates a safe, structured, and relational environment where children are supported academically, socially, and spiritually. The ideal candidate is organized, relational, and passionate about serving children and families in an inner-city ministry context. Key Responsibilities: 1. After-School Program Leadership time 2. Student Relationships 3. Volunteer & Staff Coordination 4.
