Job Description: Job Title Associate – Investment Banking – UK Technology, Media & Telecommunications (Deutsche Numis) Location London: Corporate Title Associate: Deutsche Bank’s UK Technology, Media & Telecommunications team, comprised of 12 investment bankers, is a market leading UK TMT franchise, advising ~20 listed corporate clients across Tech, Media and Telcos. Notable FTSE 350 clients include the likes of Auto Trader, Informa, Trustpilot, Bytes and Trainline amongst others. You will be part of the core UK TMT team within Deutsche Numis’ high performing sector coverage franchise, with additional opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across the wider Deutsche Bank platform, including the EMEA TMT team and specialist product teams. On a day-to-day basis you will service a range of retained and target corporate clients, be involved in pitches to financial sponsors, work across a variety of transaction types including, but not limited to, Equity Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions and Leveraged Debt Capital Markets.
