We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven professional to join our team in-office, five days a week. In this role, you will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound collection calls on delinquent accounts, taking customer payments over the phone, setting up payment arrangements, and resolving service or billing-related issues. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach to managing delinquent accounts. Pay rate: $23-$27/ hr.
