Description NYU Tulsa is seeking a local, part-time instructor to teach “he American Clean Energy Industry: Case Study Tulsa” in Spring 2026 (January 21 – May 8, 2026). The course is sponsored by NYU Abu Dhabi and is part of the Engineering curriculum. The course is taught in English, with 15 in-person instructional weeks. Students will include a mix of undergraduate and interdisciplinary majors. The course schedule will be determined in consultation with the final candidate. The instructor will be responsible for designing the course in close collaboration with NYU Abu Dhabi, preparing and delivering all classes, grading student work, and holding at least one office hour per week. Candidates should have demonstrated experience the energy industry. We are especially interested in candidates who can contribute to the diversity of intellectual life at NYU Tulsa. Course Details: This course explores the global and American energy industries and the shift from fossil fuels to green energy through scientific, economic, policy, and ethical lenses.
