Job Title Executive Director, Corporate Finance Job Description: Client exposure, transaction oriented and working with senior group of experienced bankers and a growing team. You and Your Job: As an Executive Director, Corporate Finance you will be successful originating and executing Mergers & Acquisition advisory and cross sell in Food and Ag. Valuation DCF, presentations, coordinate lawyers and consultants in advisory execution of buy sides and sell sides. Deal negotiations with lawyers. Job Responsibilities: - Direct and lead and train team of VPs, Associates and Analysts.
