Team Overview TikTok Shop's Supply Chain & Logistics is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee various aspects of building operations, maintenance, and compliance to create a safe, productive, and comfortable work environment for our employees. The primary focus of this role is the on-site implementation, commissioning, and life-cycle O&M management of automated sorting systems. The ideal candidate should possess a strong electromechanical background, capable of resolving complex technical anomalies while maintaining a systematic operational mindset to preempt risks and collaborate on system-wide technical upgrades. While daily execution at each site is led by an LSP, the Regional Operations Manager ensures alignment, standardization, and scalability across all sites. This role requires expert-level understanding of end-to-end sort center operations, strong people leadership, and the ability to influence both internal leaders and external partners to deliver results at scale.
