Job Summary: Independently responsible for managing and overseeing all the pre-construction aspects of simple cycle gas turbines, combined cycle gas turbines, other thermal technologies, high-voltage transmission lines (gen-tie and switchyard), utility scale solar, and energy storage projects or other Vistra’s power development projects. Lead projects through FEL 2 and FEL 3 including completing cost analysis, budgetary estimates for EPC, as well as managing execution of preliminary engineering for projects. In collaboration with construction and commissioning team, leads development of scope of work and RFP, if necessary.
