Janitorial Supervisor

Job description

We’re seeking a hands-on Janitorial Supervisor to lead daily janitorial operations and support key goals in safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support janitorial teams, ensuring a clean, safe, and GMP‑compliant facility - Promote safety, quality standards, and adherence to procedures - Maintain janitorial supplies/equipment and coordinate repairs as needed - Track documentation, complete required reports, and monitor KPIs - Assist with documenting BRC audit information - Audit work areas and correct deficiencies - Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs - Use computer systems and Microsoft Office to manage data and reports Required Qualifications: - 1+ year lead or equivalent experience - High School Diploma or GED - 3+ years of janitorial experience - Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of cleaning equipment, supplies, and SDS - Computer proficient; able to train employees and manage multiple tasks - Proficiency in English for training, safety, and quality communication Preferred: Overview: Dart makes everyday products that give people the freedom to enjoy the food...
