We're seeking a customer-focused Cleaning Operative for our manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in manufacturing facility, perform cleaning tasks around production equipment, follow health & safety procedures, support team operations, respond to cleaning requirements that minimize operational disruption. Essential Requirements: Previous cleaning experience, preferably in industrial/manufacturing environment Ability to follow established health & safety procedures Strong interpersonal and communication skills: Willingness to complete confined space training and other safety certifications Physical stamina for demanding cleaning tasks Desirable: BICs cleaning qualification or equivalent professional certification Good English communication skills (written and verbal) Based: On our client site at Rolls-Royce, Filton, Bristol BS34 Hours: 40hrs Monday to Friday (day shift) 7-15:30 ,overtime on the weekends available What We Offer: Comprehensive safety training provided, career advancement opportunities...
