Job description

Must be able to work in-office in Austin, TX Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related Must have client onboarding / customer implementation experience Experience with healthcare tech (specifically healthcare B2B SaaS) is preferred If candidate has healthcare experience, only 2 years of implementation experience needed. If candidate does not have healthcare experience, minimum of 4 years needed. Must have strong project management skills and be able to manage multiple projects/implementations at once Needs a solid understanding of software implementation methodologies and best practices Must have experience with software configuration, data integration, and troubleshooting Location: Onsite at our Austin, TX office Summary Description: Responsibilities: Client Onboarding: Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements, understand their objectives, and define the scope of the implementation project.
