Job description
Key Responsibilities: Ensure team members receive required training. - Resolve production issues quickly and engage additional resources when needed to restore service. - Prioritise issues effectively based on business impact and urgency. - Monitor trading platform components across all asset classes and contribute to improving the efficiency of monitoring tools. - Support and maintain both Production and UAT environments. - Communicate clearly and professionally with users onsite and remotely. - Document system components, processes, and future enhancements. - Work closely with Development teams to ensure smooth handover of new systems and releases to Support. - Provide clear updates on outages and incidents to the business. - Support regulatory and reporting requirements. - Identify operational risks and help close any gaps. Skills: - BS or MS in Computer Science with 5+ years of relevant experience. - Strong appetite for learning new technologies and tools. - Knowledge of FX, UST, or Futures markets. - Understanding of FIX and/or low ‑ latency protocols (ITCH/OUCH). - Experience with FIX or FIX onboarding workflows (beneficial but not mandatory). - Experience with messaging buse...
