4x Casual Opportunities Available Provide support to staff and students across all Library sites HE03 $49.94 p/hour + superannuation: About the opportunity: The University of Sydney Library is looking for multiple Casual Student Engagement Assistants to support students, staff and the community by facilitating access to the services and information resources of the University Library. The University Library reserves the right to transfer or rotate the location of this position to any of its Library sites based on workloads, professional development or business needs. Your key responsibilities will be to: respond to general questions about the Library and its services and resources received via service points, roving services, online and via telephone assist clients with access problems relating to loan matters assist with routine in-house processing tasks on print collections ensure that items are accessible to support learning, teaching and research assist clients with locating and using online and printed information resources respond to requests for articles and other resource items, from our collection, to be sent to other Library sites and organisations assist with maintenance...
