Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Compliance, Data Privacy & AI Governance to lead and scale our global compliance and governance programs. This highly visible role is responsible for ensuring compliance with CMMC certification requirements , GDPR and global data privacy regulations , and the governance of AI and emerging technologies . This position plays a critical role in enabling business growth in regulated markets, strengthening customer trust, and ensuring responsible adoption of advanced technologies across a multinational enterprise. Key Responsibilities: Cybersecurity Compliance & Certifications - Lead enterprise efforts related to CMMC certification (current and future levels), including readiness assessments, gap remediation, and ongoing sustainment. - Own coordination with external assessors, auditors, and government or customer‑driven security reviews. - Translate regulatory and contractual cybersecurity requirements into actionable control objectives. - Partner with IT and Security teams to ensure controls are designed and operating effectively.
