Who you are: Metropolis is seeking a Growth Manager to serve as the commercial engine for our secondary markets. This isn’t a traditional "cold-calling" role; it’s about clearing the path . You will be a strategic thought partner to the Regional Managers to strategically qualify leads, follow up on stalled deals, and navigate the internal hurdles, underwriting, legal, and deal structure, that keep deals from reaching the finish line.
