Parts Runner JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Summary: Responsible for safely transporting parts and supplies to and from warehouse to support mining operations. This person will also be responsible for assisting the sourcing manager and technicians with maintaining warehouse upkeep and equipment services. The position will also require assisting at times mine officials with various duties and strenuous tasks. Primary Responsibilities: - Be thoroughly familiar with warehouse and mine equipment (forklifts, loaders, trucks, etc.) - Assist warehouse personnel with tasks when warranted including (counts, housekeeping, etc.) - Communicate with mine officials about cores and parts returns. - Occasionally need to pull, pack materials, and prepare documents for orders to ship to mines or other warehouses. - Keeps a clean and safe work area. - Supports Blackhawk’s needs in a timely and professional manner. - Follows all Company safety guidelines. - Assists in the identification and removal of excess and/or obsolete inventory as required. - Promptly notify appropriate individuals when materials are received from suppliers. - Able to work a flexible schedule to cover other shifts in the event of an emerg...
