Your Impact: The primary purpose of this role is to manage the continuous improvement of the pro-programs in place that enable pro sales teams to effectively service and sell to the pro customer. This responsibility includes communicating program resources to relevant stakeholders and maintaining the day-to-day program operations to maximize store buy-in and execution. This role supports the pro-sales teams by providing them with the tools and resources needed to sell effectively.
