Summary: The Dry Etch Equipment Maintenance Technician is responsible for sustaining, trouble-shooting, and improving Dry Etch manufacturing equipment to support safe, efficient, and high‑quality semiconductor production. This role performs preventative and corrective maintenance, resolves equipment issues using mechanical/electrical trouble-shooting skills, addresses SPC and process signals, and partners closely with engineers and production teams. The technician also supports tool installs, documentation updates, and continuous improvement of maintenance procedures. Responsibilities: Monitor tool performance, respond to SPC out‑of‑control conditions, and perform systematic trouble-shooting to restore equipment functionality.
