Job Description: Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this role Senior BPM Developer The Role: Fidelity Investments is looking for Principal BPM Developers that can work across multiple Fidelity business units to automate, digitize, and transform their operational environments. This position is a hands-on technical leadership role that that will utilize software design and engineering skills to architect and build robust, scalable, and efficient solutions for our business partners. The Expertise and Skills You Bring - Bachelor’s Degree - Proficiency in Java, Groovy, JavaScript, REST APIs, and HTML - Experience with Camunda BPM or other BPM development platforms - Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline tools and best practices - Familiarity with data visualization, reporting, and dashboarding tools - Experience with AWS or other cloud service providers - Business process improvement or re‑engineering experience - Ability to collaborate and liaise with both business and technical teams - Technical leadership capabilities, including mentoring team members - Financial services experience in an operations or technology role (plus) - Ownership of technical solution del...
