Position Summary: Under general supervision of the Medical Director and the administrative direction of the Health Center manager, serves as the lead physician at the designated clinic and provides and manages direct health care for a specified patient population. B. Essential Duties And Responsibilities: 1. Provides health care services to FCCH patients as authorized by the medical license and in accordance with the FCCH Physician job description; 2. Assume a leadership provider role which includes appropriate modeling and compliance with all clinical policies and procedures, serving as a team player, and maintaining the highest conduct of ethics and workmanship. 3.
