They manage cross-functional teams and partner with peers and leaders to implement process changes and conduct ongoing measurements. The incumbent may own ongoing process management or administration. The incumbent also provides business analytics, including research, data analysis, metric implementation, forecasting, and reporting, in support of business decision-making, strategy, and operations.
