Job Summary: The Sr. Manager of Lateral Recruiting is responsible for managing the lateral recruitment efforts for lateral attorneys, including partner, associate, and counsel candidates in the Chicago office, while also supporting partner-level hiring firmwide in collaboration with the Director of Legal Recruiting, and providing coverage for lateral hiring in other markets across the Firm. This role serves as a key representative of the Firm in the Chicago market and plays an integral part in advancing the Firm’s strategic growth initiatives. ***Salary in the range of $175,000 - $200,000 dependent on location and experience level*** Essential Job Duties: - Manage the lateral recruiting efforts for partner, associate, counsel, and patent agent recruiting operations for the Chicago office, and additional lateral needs across the Firm. - Serve as primary point of contact in Chicago for search firms and candidates. - Support partner-level recruiting in partnership with the Director of Legal Recruiting across the firm. - Identify hiring needs, draft job descriptions in collaboration with practice groups, source candidates, manage the interview process, draft and edit offer letters, ens...
