Description Training Design & Implementation Specialist Location: San Antonio, TX: Core Focus & Summary: - Lead the strategic, end-to-end design, development, and implementation of all new and modernized learning content, curriculum, and high-impact training programs across the organization. - Manage the full content lifecycle—from initial discovery, needs analysis, and strategic user experience (UX) design to pilot, hands-on facilitation, evaluation, and content governance—ensuring all learning assets remain accurate, relevant, and accessible. - Serve as a project lead and a central liaison for critical training initiatives, partnering with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders to drive successful adoption of major organizational change, new technology, and advanced skill development. - Collaborate closely with team members in person to align on goals, priorities, and project timelines Key Responsibilities: - Content Design & Strategy: Design and launch comprehensive training materials, including curriculum, slide decks, resource guides, and new program content for major technology rollouts and system refreshes. - Curriculum Development: Lead the content refresh and d...
